Our Story
Red Computing Solutions is a family owned IT company serving businesses and organizations across North Mississippi. Red is our family name, and the personal nature of a family business has shaped the kind of IT company we want RCS to be.
Before Red Computing Solutions was formally established in 2017, we were a small residential computer repair business. As we began working with more businesses, we realized we wanted to do more than fix computers.
We wanted to understand how our clients worked, where they wanted their businesses to go, and how technology could help them get there.
That is still what drives RCS today.
How We Work
A Partner, Not Just a Contractor
Good IT support starts with understanding the business behind the technology. We learn how your employees work, which systems they depend on, and what your organization wants to accomplish.
Sometimes the right answer is new technology. Sometimes it is making better use of what you already have. And sometimes the right recommendation is to wait.
We try to put ourselves in our clients' shoes and recommend what we would want recommended to us.
Prevention Costs Less Than an Outage
We believe it is much less expensive to prevent a technology problem than to recover from an outage.
Unexpected failures can mean downtime, lost productivity, and expensive decisions made under pressure. We would rather identify problems early, while there is still time to plan, compare options, and make a decision that makes sense for the business.
The goal is to help our clients make technology decisions on their terms instead of during an emergency.
